LA is not one market. A campaign that works in Pasadena can fail in Long Beach for reasons that have nothing to do with the ad — different customer, different price expectation, different competitor set, forty minutes of traffic in between. Businesses that treat the county as a single service area almost always end up paying for leads they cannot profitably serve.
It is also the most competitive ad auction in Southern California. Every national brand with a local budget is bidding here, which pushes costs up and punishes weak creative harder than anywhere else. The gap between a good ad and a mediocre one is wider in LA than in any market we work in, and it shows up directly in cost per booked job.
The upside is depth. There is enough volume in any given corner of the county that a tightly-targeted campaign in one part of it can keep a service business fully booked without ever needing to expand. The winning strategy here is almost always narrower than the owner's instinct.
LA is the one market where we will sometimes recommend spending more than you asked to, or not starting yet. A budget that works in Fontana can be too thin to learn anything here.
How we'd run it here
Not the same campaign with a different ZIP code.
01
Start narrow and earn the right to widen
We would rather dominate the San Gabriel Valley than be invisible across the whole county. Tight geography first, then expand outward only once the cost per booked job holds — the opposite of how most LA campaigns get set up.
02
Creative has to work harder here
In an expensive auction, weak creative is not just less effective — it is actively costly, because you pay more for less attention. More variations, faster iteration, and killing losers sooner than we would in a cheaper market.
03
Language targeting where it counts
Large parts of the county are predominantly Spanish-speaking, and running English-only creative across all of it leaves obvious money on the table. Where it fits the business, we build for that rather than translating an afterthought.

Padgett Medical Center
Weight loss clinics · Ocala & Tampa, FL
Two clinics with more than 1,500 reviews between them — the kind of reputation that should have been dominating their area. Instead they had a website that barely worked on a phone. Across six months it produced 20 leads between both locations, and not one of them closed.

“I started with Viterium Digital about 2 months ago and the results have been absolutely amazing. They have sent patients into our clinic without any effort at all from us. They were qualified, they came in, they spent money. It's been absolutely excellent. After trying 17 different marketing companies this is the only one that I can honestly say has truly worked — and it has worked so well that we started with them for our second location.”

“Abe is obsessed with good results to a fault. You might get texts really late at night because he works really late, but he has that obsessive personality and I think that's why it works so well. He really cares about his work and prides on putting his name on things.”

Answered here so you can decide before you book, not after.
There isn't one, but there is a reason. Ads sent to a slow or confusing site waste your budget and make us look bad, and we're measured on cost per booked job. Building the site ourselves is the cheapest way to protect our own numbers. You pay for ad management; the site is part of doing that job properly.
Ad management — one line on the invoice. It's $797 a month at the moment, down from $1,497 while the current intake is open, with no refund attached. Or $2,000 a month paid up front, which is the same work with a money-back guarantee on your first month. There's no setup fee. Your ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta on your own card — we never mark it up or run it through us. SEO and the website build are included.
Between $1,500 and $3,000 a month, and it's your choice where in that range you sit. We'll take you below $1,500 if you insist, but we'll tell you first that there isn't enough spend there for the algorithm to learn properly, and the results will show it. Below about $3,000 all in — management plus spend — we'd usually point you at the website-only option until the numbers work.
Ads produce leads in the first couple of weeks, and the first month is mostly the algorithm learning at your expense — that's normal and we budget for it. SEO is slower by nature; expect movement around month three and real compounding after six. Anyone promising you page one in 30 days is selling something else.
Yes. If you already have an ad account we work inside it — we just need access. If you don't, we set one up in your name. Either way the account, the pixel, the audiences and the conversion data are yours and stay yours.
No. Month to month, seven days' notice to cancel. If you want to commit to several months up front we'll discount it, but nothing obliges you to. The reason to stay should be that the marketing is working, not that a contract says you have to.
Your domain is yours either way — and if you don't have one, we buy it and put it in your name. The site itself stays with us while you're a client; that's what lets us build it at no cost. If you leave and want to take it, we'll agree a buyout — either a one-off price or a small monthly fee that keeps updates and fixes included. What we won't do is switch it off to make a point.
Anywhere in the US, and the work suits businesses selling something high-ticket — weight loss clinics, med spas, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, dental. The math is simply easier when one customer is worth hundreds or thousands. We'll try a lower-ticket business, but we'll be honest with you about the odds. We also don't take everyone: we look at your business before we agree it's a fit, which is what the questions on the application are for.
