What's the catch with the free website?

There isn't one, but there is a reason. Ads sent to a slow or confusing site waste your budget and make us look bad, and we're measured on cost per booked job. Building the site ourselves is the cheapest way to protect our own numbers. You pay for ad management; the site is part of doing that job properly.

So what do I actually pay for?

Ad management. That's the single line on the invoice. Your ad spend goes directly to Facebook on your own card — we never mark it up or run it through us. SEO and the website build are included at no extra cost.

How much ad spend do I need for this to work?

Accepted Answer

Enough for the algorithm to learn from — which in most local service markets means a few thousand a month, not a few hundred. On the discovery call we'll work backwards from what a job is worth to you and tell you honestly whether the numbers support it yet.

How long before I see results?

Accepted Answer

Ads produce leads in the first couple of weeks, and the first month is mostly the algorithm learning at your expense — that's normal and we budget for it. SEO is slower by nature; expect movement around month three and real compounding after six. Anyone promising you page one in 30 days is selling something else.

Do I own my ad account and my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The ad account, the pixel, the audiences and the conversion data are all in your name and stay with you. We work inside your account as a partner, not around it.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Accepted Answer

No. The reason to stay should be that the marketing is working, not that a contract says you have to.

What happens to the website if I stop working with you?

You keep it. We hand over the site and the domain and you carry on. Holding a website hostage is a business model we're not interested in.
